Humble beginnings

Ken started Perform Heating and Cooling 25 years ago from very humble beginnings, slowly collecting the necessary tools needed and working out of his small car. With very little money, but with lots of dedication to providing customers with great service, Ken slowly built the company into what it is today, guided by the principles that we still hold dear to us.

Honesty is the only policy

We are honest -- we provide honest, integrity driven service to customers. We will never provide unnecessary services that are not in your best interests. This is how we've grown consistently, year over year, since 1994 -- through providing great service with transparent pricing to customers, which has led to our many strong recommendations and helped us grow consistently. We have our customers best interests in mind -- we want our customers to make smart financial decisions that are in their best long-term interest. We will never recommend options that are not in the customer's best interest -- whether it's continuing to service your older system, or recommending an energy-efficient and cost savings replacement, we want what's best for our customers. And we will always provide fair, transparent prices to our customers.

We run a tight ship - and pass the savings to you

We are frugal -- we keep our overhead low. We do not spend money on anything that doesn't provide direct value to our customers. As long as our tools, vans, and office equipment can get the job done, we don't believe that customers (through having to pay higher prices) should fund a company's un-frugal and wasteful spending.
